Personal Opinions - On Lecturers
The quality of design and development of an online learning environment for a subject by lecturers of TARC may be influenced by these following factors:
1. Understanding of what qualifies as learning; their pedagogical stance and foundation
2. Knowledge and skills in using internet technologies which affects their efficacy in using them
3. Their views of their roles and purpose in the organization and of the organization which affect the ranking of values in their working life.
